About JEM Bodywork Therapy and Jason

JEM Bodywork Therapy was started in 2012 by Jason E. Moore.

Jason primarly uses Visceral Manipulation (VM) in his practice. VM is a methodology developed by French Osteopath, Jean-Pierre Barral, using gentle, hands-on therapy to work with all tissue types in the body. It offers solutions to traumatic injury, post-surgical complications, lifelong ailments, congenital issues, and more. Jason experienced a life-changing resolution to decades of chronic low-back pain after a couple treatments in VM.

Jason initially trained and was certitifed in Manual Therapy and Somatic Studies at the Esalen Institute as well as studies in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Jason was a manual therapy apprentice for two years under Darryl Burch in the osteopathic methodology of the Muscle Energy Technique and Trigger Point Therapy.

Jason is pursuing a Masters in Orthodox Christian Theology with the Antiochian House of Studies.  He enjoys walks in the parks and beaches of the Crystal Coast.
