First Session
In the first session we will do intake, medical history, and cover issues to be worked on. There will then be assessment of posture and movement. This followed by bodywork therapy. Please wear loose fitting, workout type clothing. Session will last approximately 90 minutes.
Standard Session
Comprehensive bodywork therapy session covering specific and general health concerns. Subsequent to First Session Intake. Please wear loose fitting workout type clothes. Lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Advising
Focused on best practices for balance, pain relief, and support with functional life improvements. One-on-one session conducted in person or online via Zoom or Skype. Lasts 55 minutes and is $70.
